Charges

Our Play and Learn sessions are £1.00 per family and £2.00 if a snack is provided. There is no charge for the Health Visitor Child Health Clinics or Postnatal Groups and concessions are available for Play and Learn sessions.

Session information

Baby Group – drop-in to our group to relax with your baby and meet other local parents in your community.  Breastfeeding support, family well-being and postnatal advice and information.

Introduction to Solids – current NHS guidelines recommend solids are introduced from around six months. Book one of our free sessions to prepare you and your baby for this exciting next step.

Postnatal Group – a four week course including sleep, resuscitation and minor illnesses and an opportunity to meet other new parents. Book your free place

Health Visitor Child Health Clinic – Meet other new families, weigh your baby and get breastfeeding support at these Health Visitor led sessions.  Dads welcome.

Outreach Appointments – talk about what is happening with your child including behaviour strategies, children and their development and the emotional wellbeing of you and your child.

Play and Learn with Grandparents – a thriving group for grandparents and their grandchildren.

Play and Learn – sessions for parents and children with an emphasis on enabling parents to develop ideas and skills to enhance, enrich or improve their children’s learning through play.

Pregnancy Club – rolling programme including health in pregnancy, conditions in pregnancy, life with a newborn, life after childbirth and support after the baby is born. Book your free place
